With the holiday weekend and eating poorly for 3 days, I am happy with the .7 loss. I got back on track for 4 of 7 days and that is a win for me. Normally I would self sabotage and say screw it I will start again on Monday. But instead of getting really lost, I made a U turn and headed back.
