Am I suppose to panic now that the big 4 0 arrived today. I won't, I'm not at my optimal weight but I'm healthy, active and feel my day is lacking if I ever miss the gym. I plan to splurge just a lil today : )

Happy Birthsay. I know when I hit forty I thought of all the weight that little by little piled on. Don't stress.Recognising life can be half the battle and our bodies constantly change for worse and yes for the better.
