I have reset my goals to lose six more pounds, I feel that low carbs and fasting "skipping breakfast" work for me along with learning to use the digital scale for accurate portion control. I find that if I pick up a pound after a night out on the town I can quickly get back down to my weight with this method.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
