Okay. So basically, the problem is, the cheese/sugar cravings. Gotta get those under control. I suppose you could say the problem isn't so much the cravings as my reaction to the cravings (to cheat). At least I'm keeping my calorie requirements.
My solution is to get some low fat string cheese and have that on hand, drink juice with club soda, and to have finally bought some protein powder. I think the protein powder is going to help a lot. It's impossible to lose weight if you're always feeling starved, so the key is to find healthy foods that make you feel full.
