I've really fallen far off the wagon. Gained back half of what I lost, because I wasn't journaling my food. To be fair, I was slowly gaining weight for some time even though I was strictly limiting calories within a range of 1300–1700 per day. Not sure what was going wrong.
I'm going to have to get back to a Soylent-only diet for a few weeks, just to kick start weight loss again. It's going to be difficult, but I have to be strong. I looked so good a year ago, I can't lose that.
