YES!!!! This Works! Actually started this on May 30.....down 9 lbs in 4 days.....WOW!!! (I know it's water....but it feels great!)
126.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
