I have lost 22lbs in 40 days. I am pretty happy about that. it means the weight is coming off at a healthy pace, though I am fairly, strictly counting calories with severe restrictions. D is actually coming in October instead of January (though I hope he can make both trips, weather permitting). That is 50 days away. With luck, I can drop another 20lbs, which would put me at about 250. Crossing my fingers!
