Tweaked my knee yesterday. I need to do some more knee strengthening/physical therapy moves. It should be fine by tomorrow. It better be - I'll be working. That means at least 6 miles of walking (short shift tomorrow).
63.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wishing you a fast recovery! Joints injuries are very annoying. I'm sure you know that since you've been to the army :) I know it from my martial arts. Let it heal well before pushing hard again.

Thanks. I try to give myself LOTS of rest time now. Maybe too much, haha! But I don't want to end up in a wheelchair again. I hate when I have to use one.
