I'm back to eating right and reaching my goal weight! Visiting my sister in New Orland and seems like a good time to set goals. I switched jobs after nearly 5 years at Habitat for Humanity which caused a lot of stress and weight gain I hardly noticed with the coveralls lol. working at a park close to planet fitness and try to squeeze in 20-45 minutes of something everyday. It's been slow but I want the weight gain to stick and still keep a balanced life that I can realistically maintain.
