Tracking inflammation, stiffening & pain levels in regard to weight and simple vs complex carb counts daily and weekly basis.

Last 2 days weight went down 2 lbs, lower simple carbs yesterday and today. 75% of pain is gone. 50% inflammation down. Hands still effected by arthritis stiffness.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
