these couple of weeks I allowed myself to have some caffeine and sugarery products. I can definitely tell when I choose to have both things. I've learned after a few weeks of repeating the same thing every day and maybe up to a month or so you begin to crave items and it's best to take a bite and walk away...I'm feeling better less pain medications. I'm still increasing my time on the elliptical I'm up to 7 minutes 3 times a week. this past week my nephew and I rented a tandem kayak for 2 hours then the next day we hiked for about an hour. the week before I was busy every evening with VBS taking videos and pictures. my goal this week is still work on my water intake and not drink caffeine and eat processed sugarery foods.
