So I’m out of the “food DTs” or whatever you call that initial shock to the system when it is suddenly not getting 3 to 5 thousand calories a day. Feeling good with a bump in overall energy. Lost one pound in one week. I do recall eating with a target of two per week back in 2011 when I first did this, and as that comes out to a calorie target of 1894 at my current weight I have started eating to this new level. When to total daily calories would be under 1500 or so to lose two per week I won’t continue to drop my target. But… that’s for another day. 🙂

For right now, on target and holding it steady.
150.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 59.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
