No no! Tell us your process and let's see if we can figure it out! Are you consistent with staying within your kcals, do you count everything that passes your lips and where you are in your cycle could also have an impact. Don't lose hope, going by your photos you are making some healthy choices, now just to find the thing that makes you drop. I have lost most of mine without regular exercise so don't beat yourself up!

Thank you so much, you don't know how much this means to me because I literally try everything and it kust feels like I'm getting nowhere. Yes I actually do stay within my Kcals limit and type in everything I eat, plus I go to the gym every evening. I know my period has an effect on my weight but I'm nowhere near my period time.

What is your kcal goal set to daily?

Hi hun! Training can actually make you want to eat more. Make your meals delicious, make sure you eat enough so don’t restrict too heavily until you’ve found a good rhythm. Restricting too much will cause yo-yo and weight lost fast equals regaining everything and more. Not even sure of what I’m saying is of any help but… 🌸 Habit will always beat motive 🌸 and impatience is your enemy ♥️ Take it day by day, plan your calories a week in advance for a 3500 deficit and try keep to it as much as you can! And include that burger or pizza or pasta or chocolate in your weekly budget. Also don’t go according to this app’s BMR / calorie intake calculator. Go to Google and calculate your own. Let me know if you need help.

@strindingintohealth my Kcal is set on 2000 a day

Thank you so much @MadenB, yes I understand what you saying 😁❤️ Yes I'm not too strict on my diet but I really do try to avoid starches since not only does it make me gain weight but I also get skin problems. Thank you, I'll definitely do my BMI on google 🤗

Mine is set to 1449 kcals, I'm 164cm and still have 20kg's or more to lose. Not very active but I am for 10k steps a day and 30 minutes of activity which is usually walking with the family. Could it be that you are overestimating your activity level when calculating your daily intake?

Oo okay, yeah I'm 172 cm and usually workout ( weights and stuff) 30 - 45 mins a day, I try to do cardio twice a week for 30 mins.

Try adjusting your activity level to light or sedentary and see how you do on those numbers for two or so weeks then let us know!

Striding’s below idea is a good one!! Like I’m 32, height 180 and with my current weight my BMR is 1540 calories per day. That means I’m on an average of 1040 calories per day so I can get my 3500 calorie deficit per week for 0.5kg loss. If I want to have pasta over the weekend I then have to cut somewhere else in the week. This really works for me. 2 weeks in the tough part of my cycle I eat at a smaller deficit so I don’t crash, and then the next weeks I see a bigger drop. Really looking forward to seeing you succeed a little bit every day, every week.. hang in there! 😉♥️

I get fully what you mean… it is devastating! This weight that increases instead of dropping is what made me relapse in June and I actually sort of gave up😩 But I hope you find your balance! See how far you can drop those calories! Sending good vibes❤️

Muscle weighs more than fat. If you're weight training regularly, you could be gaining muscle weight (which is good) Are you also taking measurements?

Thank you so soo much for your support @LebooC 🥺❤️

Oohh yes of course thank you @Jaxanne777, no I haven't taken measurements yet I'm basically working on pictures
