Yesterday, I didnt get to work out...was a very busy day! I am a political junkie and also passionate about a ton of things including health care, especially since I am a nurse! I was out all yesterday evening educating people about health care reform and was so excited to get 100% positive feedback from every person I spoke to! Yeah! Anyway, I am also excited because I dropped 2 pounds! Yeah! I cant believe it! Retrospectively, I probably plateau'd [misspelled] and this zig zag diet is speeding up my metabolism. Today my caloric limit is 1900...I am sure I wont have any problem eating 1900 calories! WooHoo!
