7/7. That's about a kg over the week, not easy when not much needed to lose, so, I'll take it. 300gm off goal weight. Back to weekly weigh-ins, hoping I don't pack on 3kg like I did at the beginning of the year. I'm being careful as 12kg crept on so easily over the last 7 years, and I want to be ready for menopause!
