Seeing the normal initial cleanse. For a time weight loss will seem rapid as the easily-expunged effects of hyper-eating fall away. The rate staying at a long-term, overall downward trend after the first week or two is what counts.
155.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
