Yesterday was for sure my "Out of Control Day!" I had peanut butter, BBQ sauce, baked beans, cole slaw, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, sugar free jello with heavy cream, bacon, cheese, beer and an entire Atkins bar. I knew I had crossed into a dangerous space...OH well, today I will jump back in with the eating plan that has worked for me for over a year now amd took off that unwanted 50 lbs. All of life is cause and effect...cause, too much food/bad choices...effect, weight gain! My head, no more dead brain cells, is for sure back in the game...for me, keeping my goals insight and most important is how I claim victory over food. I am in total control over what I eat...every once in a while I need to give myself a pep talk...now I'm ready for the day. Good luck all and make good choices today!
