So, I stress ate some bad things (at least 500-700+ calories worth of bad things)... and yet I still went down a little.

Between two killer workouts the past two days, imagine what the drop would have been if I hadn't have eaten bad 🤔😔🤷
103.2 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
