I'm so glad I'm back to losing 2 lbs again! I would have loved to lose 3 to make up for last week, but am super happy I'm back to my standard 2 lbs!
Other good news from yesterday... I went shopping for a belt, because my pants are big, and I can't keep walking around pulling them up! So while I was there I figured I'd look at pants. So before I started this whole thing I was a 32 (sometimes 30)... so I went around the store HOPING I was a 28. Apparently I'm a 28, and sometimes a 26 (if it's a stretchy material). How amazing is that?!
I also found some workout shirts that have a bra in them... I'm hoping I'll be able to wear them for a while so that I don't have to wreck my bras working out in them.
The one thing that I am going to work on this week, is eating my calories more evenly throughout the day. I'm finding that I'm starting to eat 2 big meals rather than spreading it out into 3 meals and some snacks - which I think is healthier.

Getting down to a smaller size is a good thing. What's amazing is that it doesn't always reflect what the scale shows. That can do some rather interesting things to your budget (I am seriously thinking of finding out if there is a 'Belt of the Month Club').

"Belt of the month club" that's too funny! My hubby punched an extra couple of holes in a belt, because he didn't want to waste money buying a new belt.

Yahoo for smaller sizes!!! You definitely need to get a belt...I bought a cute one last summer & it is so fun to move over to the next hole. Once I get to the end I'm totally keeping it as a reminder of my progress. Hell, I'll probably put it on the wall, lol. You're doing great!
