Baru nyobain belajar itung kalori harian, ternyata kalori maintain stlh nge gym 3 thn kisaran 2800 kal / hari. Pantes boros makanan hahaha
Kalau mau bulking lagi artinya lebih boros makan lagi, kisaran 3000-3100 kal / hr
