two really tough weeks at work, toddler teething so no sleep, fallen out of the exercise habit and two kilos jump on just like that. hate how easily weight goes on, hate that I have to pay attention all the time to maintain it. coffee and cake is nice, especially when I'm tired. oh well, nothing for it... get it of, again
60 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
