How's it going? I see you had a goal at May 11. For me, I notice that when I look forward to making a goal, I get sloppy and fail. I have heard that thinking about reaching a goal gives your brain a similar reward as actually reaching the goal, and this damps motivation. I am only successful when I focus on the present moment/day and how much work I have already done to get where I am. Are you tracking your food with accurate measurements, i.e. a food scale? I hope FS can help you get moving in the right direction soon!
