Feeling good about the direction that things have moved. I weigh every day...but don't always post those weights. In the last week I was up as high as 258 which I refused to post. So this is looking much better than where I had been at. Hope my new found enthusiasm continues...
114.8 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's good to know someone else weighs every day. I do also, but only count once a week. I am trying to get an idea of what an average week looks like. How did you feel having a larger breakfast this morning?

I did the larger breakfast on Tuesday and then went back to my regular today because I ran out of time. I felt fuller for a while in the morning...and the weight change was the same. I think I need to try it for longer and see what happens. Tomorrow we are heading to the Minnesota State Fair...so that will throw me way off. It is supposed to be 88 and very humid...we are very stupid!
