Been really stressed last few days…gained a few pounds…most of it water…plan to have it off by end of the week…increase water intake and green tea…we’ll see.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
