Been in a rut..this the weight the scale at the gym says, I am going by it, mine jumps from 147-144 all day long, think mine is broken. Back on the 24 day challenge with advocare.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
