I’ve been fasting more regularly and it’s working. This is my official plateau breaker 🙌🏾
*Sidenote: I got really lightheaded today and had to leave work early. I think that means this week’s fast is over. I think I’m going to experiment with a 2/1 alternate day fasting. 2 days fasting (water only) and one day feasting within my calories and macros. Starting Monday 6/21. Stay tuned 😕
