Back to a higher protein, lower carb way of eating before I go back to counting calories. I do better this way. Protein in the morning and evening, snacks and the majority of my carb intake is the AM snack, Lunch, and midday snack. Not a lot of fat intake either. Carbs are more complex a lot of wheat based products.
