Finally broke through, woot. Last week at 252 I gained a few pounds back to 254, must have been muscle reactivating as I incorporated my total gym. Took a week to get back down to 252, but now I'm past that, weight loss isn't as rapid now as it was the first month, doing weight training now, or resistance on toal gym, things should start imporving, goal this month is about ten pounds. I raised my cal intake up to around 1800 as I was feeling very hungry throughout the second week on the total gym, I'm still feeling out what intake works best for me.
