Banyak"minum air putih.sehari 3000 ltr.tpi sya ikutin pola minum nya .bangun tidur jam 5/6 minum 500.jam 8 pgi minum 500.jam 9 250.jam 11.500.jam 13.250.jam 14.500.jam15.250.jam 17.500. buat saya efektif menahan lapar.dan makan nasi satu kali.buah,Karbo yg berat makan sedikit" Sya pun masih belajar tentang defisit.
