I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Hawaii where I ate like a pig and drank like a fish I’m getting right back on my program now… I did not skip a beat when it comes to exercise - I still exercised every day…
79.4 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
