It’s happening very slowly, DomOlive. It sounds kind of foolish but I won’t feel like I’m really getting slimmer until I get into the 150s and lower. Don’t know why I have that in my head🤨😄

I hear you. I think of my weight loss in terms of bags of potatoes (10lbs). For some reason I really identify with that to assess how much I’ve lost. 😅 You’re close to 2 bags now, imagine carrying that all day. Well done!

Actually, I’m past 3-bags 😄! I started my diet before I downloaded the FS app. I was 194.6 when I started. I really appreciated your and Beba’s encouragement.

I think in terms of gallons of milk, and I'm down more than 2 gallons. Sometimes I think about what it would feel like to strap those to my back on a hike
