Went to the gym for the first time in many months. Only did 20 minutes on the treadmill but felt great. Finished up with a few yoga stretches.

Exercise is key! Getting consistant with exercise is a goal for this week.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
