Yes! Finally broke the 150 lb barrier and have officially left the "obese" category to become merely "overweight". My "skinny" jeans are beginning to feel loose.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
