Gained a few pounds back, it can't be fat though as my calorie intake just wouldn't allow it, I was slowing down by the weekend and incorporated a spike or cheat day to get my motabolism back up a litte, I am wondering if I must be starting to put on muscle mass as I'm doing intense workouts on my toatal gym and use the elliptical after.
