I am finally sticking to my diet and losing weight again. I'm really excited because it's been over a year since I was at this weight. my next goal is to get to 330. wish me luck!!!

153.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg. Still to go: 78.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7.0 kg a Week
