I'm back :) I was kinda hesitant to weigh in this morning after 2 weeks of not writing down anything I ate. We took a week-long vacation to Florida with our grown kids & their spouses - Disney 2 days, Universal 1 day then the beach for 3 days! And came home to construction that was supposed to be completed while we were out of town ... life is almost back to normal now :) So imagine my surprise when I actually lost weight ! ! ! Now I just need the weatherman to take the rain out of our forecast this week so I can walk every day!!
