Well last weigh in before we go away on our fishing holiday, lots of goodies packed to come with us and getting told not to lose anymore weight by people. Next week will be diet free, lets see what the outcome will be🤔. If it goes on too much we now know it will come off easily afterwards.

I watched Mortimer and Whitehouse fishing last night. Are you river or sea fishing?

We are sat beside a lake,not catching a great deal at the moment but so so relaxing. Its all catch and release.
