Ate more and more carbs than i usually do yesterday :/ but it was my ‘cheat’ day so i just gotta let the anxiety go and know that i will lose it again
83.5 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
