Wow. 3.3 lbs in a week? I'm shocked! That's a MASSIVE loss for me! But seeing as I never, ever cheat on my eating plan (I'll talk more on the how's and why I never cheat in a future journal entry) and am working out 2-3 times a day (an hour long morning walk, a 45-90 minute P90X workout, and an evening 40-minute yoga class with the Sig-O), I guess my body needs to dump this weight to be able to do the things I'm asking it to do. This morning's 4-minute dance party is OK Go's "Here It Goes Again". Man, I LOVE OK Go! Dancing to a fun song is one of the best ways to start your day! Give it a try: OK Go - Here It Goes AgainHope everyone has a fabulous weekend!
