My weight is up significantly after being away from TOPS for weeks. We traveled, and ate out lots, then came home and had company....and ate out lots. On top of that I cooked some "over the top" things. Now I'm in recovery and trying to get routines back in place. To that end I have attended TOPS, exercised, and restarted my food journal. I feel strongly motivated but we all know how motivation rises and falls. I'm definitely hoping to be back in the 150s when I weigh-in at TOPS next Tuesday but that is setting a pretty high goal. I may fail....but i WILL try.
