New no-to-low carb diet seems interesting. you're allowed a cheat meal on the weekend. But that's where the yo-yoing starts.

I went down to 234.2 last Friday. Had a huge cheat meal Saturday night, celebrating my daughter and nephew's birthday, and weighed in Monday at 237.8 (.8 lbs higher than my diet start weight).

I worked out and did 2 hours of heavy yard work, ate decently yesterday, a boot camp this morning, and am 234.0 this morning.

So, while I yo-yo... maybe I am able to shed the cheat meal quicker as time goes on? 🤔🤷
106.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
