Didn't really track, didn't eat much today, didn't walk or exercise today. I spent the day getting together my Doctorate Dissertation and my book proposal (it's the same thing). It will take me another week at least, for the dissertation, and a little longer to get the book together. But it's one of the things Pri told me to do before he passed away. If I get published, part of the dedication will go to him. (I have to also dedicate it to my husband, or he would be UPSET.)
64.0 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
