I am feeling back to old self today. Some extra rest and plenty of fluids helped me recover from another one of those intermittent headaches/migraines I get from time to time.
Anyway, my exercise was limited to cutting half of my yard which took me about an hour or so.
I also had to force myself to eat, because nausea always accompanies my headache so my food intake was far less than my 1400 calorie goal.I am feeling good, so today, I will jump back into my routine!
