Gained some weight over the 4th of July but was able to lose it, so my total weight loss then was only .6 lbs but that was with a weight gain from four pot lucks.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
