Oh wow, I can't believe it's been 200days since my last weigh-in. The clothes have been feeling snug lately, so it's time to get serious again!
86.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
