Kok udah turun 2 kg aja si?? Padahal aku baru mulai nge-gym, trus ngurangi nyemil, minuman manis, sama makan yang aneh2 aja. ini kecepatan atau normal ya? Aku takut yang hilang justru ototnya. (Tanggal 26-4-2022: 73.9 kg -> 30-4-2022: 71.9 kg)
71.9 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
