My two weeks of nothing but fruits and veggies is now over. YAY!! I'm excited to be adding meat, dairy and bread back into my diet. It'll be slow at first, one meal a day, but it'll still be really nice. I lost during this "reboot", but more importantly I feel different, better. I was in a really back place when this whole thing got started...emotionally, mentally, and physically...but now I'm starting to really feel more like me. Oh yeah, and this is my TOM.
163.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 91.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
