Hello and Happy Saturday FS!
Home and weighed…not good as I’m up some. I didn’t think I was that bad. But, I didn’t weigh my food as I didn’t take our scale. I Wasn’t able to jump on the scale in the morning as I didn’t take that scale either. I guess I need to find room for the scales. And, I didn’t record my food. I know better. Connectivity was iffy and that surprised me as we were only about an hour from home. Things to watch out for on our big trip. But, I did get some biking and walking in.
I know I don’t have the same drive as last year. I know I have 10 more pounds tp lose. I am trying to eat normal but smaller scale. I really need to find time to record as I count calories. The guesstimate thing isn’t working. I do feel good about what I’ve lost and where I’m at. But, that BMI number is still out of reach.
