I did that Dance video (20 minutes) with a weighted belt the last two days, and have been taking my dogs for walks. My hips are just a little sore, and today my quads are feeling it. Monday I start back to weight training for 3 weeks, and my Zumba DVDs have been shipped, so I'll be mixing them in as well.

Along with the Walk 50 Miles in May Challenge, I'm really going to have to work on figuring out my exercise schedule to make sure I get enough recovery time.

64.0 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Even my quads are sore today. There was some dipping along with the hip-shaking in that video. Geez! I don't know when the last time I had sore quads was! Zumba videos were shipped today - I should have them this week!
