I have been exercising more since my mum died, so am hoping the gain is muscle
58.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, exercise has gotten me through everything that life has thrown at me so far.

Thank you for ypur encouragement, its really appreciated. My mum had Alzheimer's and I was her carer before she had to move to a care home. It's been a long 10 year decline and it hit me like a ton of bricks when she died, exercise has been my saviour over the last month.

My father died 10 years ago from Lewy Body dementia so I can empathise. Self care is important. Eat well, exercise and be kind to yourself.
